Content strategy partnership

A clearer plan for what to publish next.

I help B2B SaaS and technology companies figure out what content to create, what to prioritize and how to put the plan into practice.

That can mean reviewing what you’ve published, researching opportunities, building a roadmap, developing briefs, writing the content and reviewing results as we go.

Who it’s for

When you need a clearer direction.

You may be starting a content program, sorting through a backlog or deciding what to improve. I can help you connect publishing priorities to your product and buyers, choose what deserves attention and give your writers useful direction.

The deliverables

A plan your team can use.

  • A review of existing content, buyer questions and relevant opportunities.
  • A prioritized roadmap covering what to create, update, consolidate or deprioritize.
  • Agreed briefs with angles, outlines, sources and product context.
  • Writing, refreshes or editorial support where included in the scope.
  • Performance reviews and revised priorities for ongoing partnerships.

You provide product knowledge, business context, relevant access and feedback. I handle the agreed research, recommendations and content work.

The process

From research to a working plan.

  1. 01

    Understand and investigate.

We establish your goals, audience and resources. I review existing content, buyer questions, competing coverage and available performance data.

  2. 02

    Choose the priorities.

I weigh buyer relevance, product fit, search opportunity and effort, then prepare the agreed roadmap and briefs.

  3. 03

    Put the plan into practice.

I write the agreed pieces or support your writers. For ongoing work, we review results and adjust priorities at agreed intervals.

Research and editorial judgment

Relevant published work.

These articles show how I research products, explain content decisions and organize useful guidance. They are writing samples, not claims that I directed each client’s wider content strategy.
